MODST Shipping Policy

At MODST, we take great care in preparing and shipping each order to ensure your purchase arrives beautifully and on time. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Processing Time & Order Confirmation

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase.

  • During collection launches or peak seasons (e.g., Eid), please allow up to 7 business days for order processing.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, weather, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Europe (select countries)

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to inquire about special arrangements.


International Shipping

Shipping fees for international orders are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be due upon delivery.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. MODST is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


Lost or Stolen Packages

MODST is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. We recommend shipping to a secure location or selecting a delivery method that requires a signature. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains defective items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at 📧 [shopmodst@gmail.com] with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and do our best to resolve it promptly.


Delays & Disruptions

While we make every effort to meet our delivery timelines, delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. Additionally, high order volume during Eid holidays or sale periods may result in processing or shipping delays. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you by email. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
